I started this blog as a way to cope with bipolar illness diagnosis and also to try and provide comfort through my stories, so no one feels alone in situations that are stigmatized. It can be a very isolating experience, so I hope this brings a glimmer of hope to those in the thick of it.

More posts to come regarding bipolar illness, motherhood penalty, toxic work cultures, infertility, miscarriages, aesthetic stigmas and lifestyle changes. While also giving my neurodivergent brain something to hyperfocus on.
